BDSM Test provides a psychometric self-discovery quiz that generates a personality reading across eight dimensions of intimacy. The reading is for personal exploration only and does not constitute psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute quiz content
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others
• Access the Service if you are under 18 years of age

The couples comparison feature uses one-time links and intersection-only disclosure. You are responsible for obtaining your partner's consent before sharing an invite link. We are not responsible for how shared results are used between partners.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your reading is generated by an algorithm and may not accurately reflect your psychology, preferences, or identity. Do not use this Service as a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDSM Test and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
